Honest, friendy and very helpful. Amazing service. Great product.

It was my first time buying a van. I had to travel all the way down from Essex to view it. I was picked up from Bournemouth station by Stephen and greeted with a friendly smile. The van was perfect, exactly what i needed.

I struggled with sorting out the insurance and getting my bank to authorise the final payment, which i found quite stressful. But Stephen was helpful and patient throughout my 3 hour long ordeal!

Now I have the perfect van and was told to simply call, if there are any problems.
If only banks and insurance companies could be as trasparent and helpful.

Unbelievable service from a lovely and proper business. Bought a Pickup from them about 6 months ago, after a month or two it overheated, called Stephen and he paid for an examination in a local (to me) garage, and when it was going to cost a lot, rather than try and weasel out, he got it recovered, it was a an expensive and complicated fix so they tested and tested keeping me updated literally everyday and hand delivered it back up to my address some 100 miles away. Stephen and Forest Edge Motor Company are the only decent car dealers I know, and they're friendly and professional to boot - thanks Stephen - would recommend!
